We invite you to participate in the Final Games and Festival 2025, taking place from Thursday, July 3, through Sunday, July 6, 2025. Vendors will have the opportunity to showcase their products and services to a large audience. Each booth is available for $2,100.00, with locations assigned by the Homenetmen Navasartian Organizing Committee (NOC). The following is the application process.

The following items are strictly prohibited for sale at the Homenetmen event and school grounds:

• Water Guns or Party Streamers
• Water bottles for promotional use.
• Items featuring the Homenetmen or Navasartian logo
• Hookah, Cigars, Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, and Vape Pens (Includes candies resembling hookahs, cigars, and cigarettes)
• All Laser Items (e.g., guns, pens, etc.)
• Electric Shockers
• Toys that could harm people

Additionally, booth sharing (10x10) with other vendors is strictly prohibited.

Navasartian Festival Vendor Booth Rental Guidelines:

1. Booth Rental Applications
   Booth rental applications must be submitted starting April 15th.
2. New Vendor Requirements
   New vendors registering and renting a booth must also purchase a sign for $100.00. If a vendor has participated in a past Navasartian Festival, this fee will be waived. Any additional signs must be provided by the vendor, produced, and displayed in a professional manner, subject to approval by the festival committee.
3. Booth Amenities
   Each booth includes two tables and two chairs. Vendors must supply any additional tables and chairs if needed. Each vendor will receive Four (4) festival passes and two (2) vendor parking passes.
4. Vehicle Restrictions
   No vehicles will be allowed on the festival lot.
5. Booth Operation Hours
   All booths must be open and manned during regular Navasartian Festival hours. (See Festival dates and hours.)
6. Electricity and Equipment
   Electricity will be provided. Vendors must supply their own extension cords, light bulbs, and any other necessary equipment. Homenetmen is not responsible for accidents caused by vendors’ improper use of equipment.
7. Product Approval
   Homenetmen reserves the right to refuse the sale of any products not pre-approved or mentioned in the vendor application.
8. Insurance Requirements
   Homenetmen may require vendors to obtain commercial general liability insurance, including product liability, with coverage of no less than $1,000,000 for bodily injury and property damage, from an acceptable insurance provider.
9. Liability Disclaimer
   Homenetmen, its officers, agents, and members shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to theft, fire, accident, or other causes. However, reasonable care will be taken to protect vendors from such losses.
10. Booth Fee Policy
    Booth fees are non-refundable.
11. Right to Refuse Service
    Homenetmen reserves the right to refuse service to any vendor.
12. Liability Waiver
    Homenetmen is not liable for any damage or incidents occurring on the festival campus.
13. Advertisement Restrictions
    Vendors are not allowed to post advertisements or posters anywhere on school grounds.
14. Booth Size and Placement
    All items must fit within the designated 10’ x 10’ space. Tables may not be placed outside the assigned area.

IMPORTANT REMINDER

Violators of the above rules and regulations will incur the following fines

          A. First violation $250.00
    B. Second violation $500.00
        C. Third violation will result in booth closure.

Homenetmen reserves the right to decline any application.
