The final games and festival will be held from Wednesday, July 3rd through Saturday, July 6th. Set-up of all booths must be on Tuesday, July 2nd from 7:00pm – 10:00pm. Vendor booths cost $1,900. 00 plus $100.00 for a booth sign (if not a returning customer). If vendors pay by April 16th, there will be a discount of $100. Vendors can confirm booth location on open house April 16th and April 30th from 7:00pm - 8:30pm. All payments must be paid with cash or cashier's check upon signing of the contract. No post-dated checks will not be accepted. All payments must be paid in full.
